June 2010 Book Releases, part 2

Here are the book releases for the last half of June. The first 3 were released earlier this week, but the rest will be popping up next week. Not a ton of releases here, but they are pretty spread out genre-wise. YA, m/m, UF, and historical romance: it’s all here! 🙂

June 20, 2010: Sleepwalker by Jordan Castillo Price Here is a book description:

Daniel Weber (“Web” to his friends) was a promising young biology student on the fast track to a prestigious grad program. That was a year and a half ago. June 22, 2010: Nomansland by Lesley Hauge Here is the description from the author’s site:

June 22, 2010: Vintage Murder by Josh Lanyon (LooseID) Here is a book description:

June 29, 2010: Kitty Goes to War (Kitty Norville series, book 8 ) by Carrie Vaughn Here is the description from the publisher’s site:

This month’s cover award goes to Nicole Peeler’s Tracking the Tempest. I just love how there are small elements in the art that are relevant to the story. When I read book 1, I kept referring to the cover as the images became clear in the book. And, the art itself is just so striking.

I usually have a better handle on the releases, with most already requested from the library or plans made to buy them. This month, however, I’ve been unable to request Love in the Afternoon (in audiobook) from the library due to some glitch, and the rest are still up in the air.

I’ll surely order the JCP and Lanyon in ebook, and get Tracking the Tempest in print, since I love the cover art so much. Beyond that, I’ll hopefully track the others down over the next week.

Oh! And, my review for Kitty Goes to War will be posted. Very soon. Really!
